Griffin turns two years old today. We celebrated at home last night with the bear cake that he has been saying he wanted for weeks now. I'm not sure where the idea for a bear cake came from, but once he said it he stuck to it!
We spent the day at our friend's apartment pool. Griffin loves to swim and he kept jumping into the water yelling 'cannonball!' even though it was a half step down into shallow water.
Justin helped the boys spray paint their jeep green on his last day of vacation. The jeep is definitely one of Griffin's favorite things to play with outside. He is really good at driving it.
Griffin is a smart and fun little dude. He is talking up a storm, repeating what we say and making his own four and five word sentences. He loves playing with the boys in the neighborhood and does his best to keep up with Jonah. He still loves hugs and snuggles. He recently discovered the awesome character Mater from the movie Cars and also is a fan of Thomas the train. He likes to play with Everett and show him his toys. He's lucky - he gets to be a little brother AND a big brother :)
